DONALD J. TRUMP’S BELOVED SISTER, MARYANNE TRUMP BARRY, PASSES AWAY AT 86

We mourn the loss of Maryanne Trump Barry, elder sister of the late President Donald J. Trump, who passed away at 86. Her death marks the end of a life devoted to public service.

Maryanne’s judicial career was notable. Appointed by President Reagan in 1983 to the U.S. District Court for New Jersey, she later served on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, following her 1999 appointment by President Clinton. She was deeply committed to justice.

On November 13, first responders found her unresponsive at her New York residence.

Though facing challenges, including an investigation into family financial dealings, Maryanne stepped down from the bench in 2019 with dignity.

Her relationship with her brother Donald was strained, but her passing remains a significant loss for the Trump family.
