- 1 (28 oz) can original baked beans, half the liquid drained
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup mustard
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic

- Mix Ingredients: In a 12″ cast iron skillet or a 9″x13″ baking dish, combine baked beans, ketchup, mustard, minced garlic, brown sugar, diced red onion, soy sauce, and bourbon. Stir well to integrate all the flavors.
- Add Bacon: Cut the bacon into 1-inch pieces and scatter them evenly over the top of the bean mixture.

- Rest and Serve: Allow the baked beans to sit for about 5 minutes after removing from the oven. Then, serve warm and enjoy!
